Introduction
Ribbon mixer machine with center outlet is provide very easy and flexible bagging from mixer and when the mixer is normally installed at ground floor level.

Manufacturing

• Ribbon mixer machine consist of U shape parallel in which heavy duty shaft with two ribbon in opposite shape at different side circle diameter are mounted with the help of shaft.
• the ribbon helix is so shaped that when inside mixing shaft rotates , inner shaft pushes the material in the one side while at the same time outer shaft pushes the material in the center part of the machine.
• So with this type of mixing inside and outer shaft provide very speedily movement and standardized mixing is accomplished.

• Our unique design, both inner and outer ribbon having variable cross section area. I.e. narrow at the start of the ribbon with the inner blade and wider at the end of the center part of both outer blade.
• With these modifications we achieved following result:-
• With the heavy outside blade the bending and breaking is totally abolished.
• Material heat at normal level.
• Very fast mixing than other mixer that gives you opportunity to save power, time as well as money.
